What is forgoveness.......?

Molestation, rape, deceit, brokenness, lust, pride, guilt, shame; Forgiveness.... He forgives all sin!!!

Matthew 18:21-35 - (Parable of the unforgiving servant) - Then Peter came to Him and said, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?" Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven. Therefore the kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who wanted to settle accounts with servants.

How many times in my life has someone did me wrong where there was a forgiveness issue? I can't count them one my hands and way to numerous to try. I was that person that felt when I got hurt, that I will hurt you back, just as much if not more. but in doing all that extra work trying to come up with a way to damage someone else, all that happened was that I was the damaged one. Learning to turn the other cheek for me was/has been a difficult journey, but I have gained the wisdom and understanding of how to do just that; turn. You see, when I get in the way of the Lord, I create more obstacles for myself and why would I want to do that? I now know that my God will settle all accounts!!!!
