Lord,
I pray that
I will clearly hear
your unique and distinctive
call on my life. Don't let me get sidetracked
with things that are nonessential to your purpose.
Lift my eyes above my circumstances so
I will not become discouraged by
temporary inconveniences. Give
me patience to wait for your
perfect timing.

Amen to that Daphne. Patience is something that has always been an issue with me as far as my christianity. I wanted my blessings here and now, but I must say that as I have matured in my spirituality and have strenghthened my relationship with God my patience has improved remarkably. I have grown to realize that Jesus has been extremely patient with me through all of my worldly living and bad decisions and choices. And because I love and trust him so much, I not only should be patient, but I want and need to be patient. When you patiently wait on Jesus, you realize that his timing is always perfect. Lord Jesus I love you so much thank you for all of my wonderful blessings Lord. Thank you for waking me up this morning and thank you for my good health. Thank you for blessing me with my wonderful daughter. Thank you for touching my life in a way that is so magneficent that words cannot express. Amen
