The natural man refers to someone who hasn't been saved and therefore doesn't have an indwelling Holy Spirit. People in this condition reject the gospel message and view it as foolishness.
Illumination - We all need help with God's word and God is the person to help. He gave us His Word and also assists us in understanding it.
1 Corinthians 2:14 - But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
I have been a natural man and remember my illumination. Every time I indulge into God's Living Word, the illumination of God is awesome. God's word is like a breath of fresh air every time I read it and apply it to my life. No more of having the the lack of personal value and sense of sin, guilt, forgiveness, grace, and salvation. I now have God's Spirit in my heart and have interest, understanding, trust and appreciation for Christ and His word.
Thank You Holy Spirit!!

well today i put down the word of god to fight in my flesh. i put down my spirital man to lose, a women came at me while at work about a parking space so i thought. everything happens for a reason, today i was reminded that we fight with good and evil spirits and not flesh and blood. thank u for showing me,me and thanks for my good gift in my wife. i luv u B.S ur loving dj
