Real Talk: How can you pass the blessing down when the enemy has you?

Galations 6:6-10 - Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to the flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.
As many of you, I too struggled with this week's topic and had to really think about what was really being asked. Just today I was listening to some old audio tapes because our cd player in the vehicle was not working. The tapes were of artist like RKelly, 2Pac, Biggie smalls, & DMX. So as I hear the words they speak (because now I've become more aware), I started to think about how my children were around and would listen to this and the vulgarity used....whew!! As I was reminded of how I was so of the world and rolling hard with the devil; my children received such a blessing today now because they all know who Jesus is. I was blessed to pass down so much of God into my children through the Grace of God. There is no greater comfort then to be used by God. Even when we don't know! Not for our good!
