1Peter 5:10-11 - And after you suffer for a short time, God who gives all grace, will make everything right. He will make you strong and support you and keep you from falling. He called you to share in his glory in Christ, a glory that will continue forever. All power is His forever and ever. Amen. 1Peter 5:10-11
This brings to remembrance the saying: "He might not come when you want him, but always right on time"..... I know of many times, before and right now, about the suffering and then God's grace. One of my most difficult times in my life was when I was a teenager. At 15, in my sophomore year, I had my 1st child. I had just transferred to a new school at the beginning of the year. I knew a handful of people; 3 to be exact, when I got there. I didn't show during the first half of the school year and I had the baby way before winter break was over. As the Holy Ghost brings this time back to memory for me it was horrible for me once people found out I had a child. I would hear things in the halls when I walk by or have letters stuffed in my locker that was silly, but even when I didn't know him, His grace stepped in and through a few of the new people a met, including my instructors, God kept me, He made me strong, He gave me support, He kept me from falling!!
Thank you father because I was ready to give up but you wouldn't let me, thank you father that even when I did not know you, you knew me in the womb, thank you father. All Glory to your name!! Amen.

Daphne, I am so sorry that you went through that at such a difficult time, but you know what, those rough times helped make you the wonderful christian, mother and wife that you are today. Isaiah 41:10 says, Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strenghten thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. God was and is always with us even when we don't know it and some of us have the pleasure of realizing it in our lifetime. Sometimes when I think about some of the things that I have been through I praise my Lord and Savior for them. I fully understand that alot of the things that I've experienced are a result of poor decisions that I have made and I believe that God allowed them to happen so that I can be the christian that I am today. Do I still struggle and make poor decisions, sometimes however, I learn from them and TRY to move on. Thank you Heavenly Father, I love you Lord.
Thank you so much Shelia, I appreciate you so much!! I have learned that everything is done for the glory of God and love Him much for all that He has done and is doing in my life and the life of my children and the life of others that I may touch.
